Hello Mighty Mastodons!

Hi! I am Krista Wilson and I teach 7th and 8th grade math. I currently live in the suburbs with my husband George (he teaches at Paz) and our brand new amazing kitty Rambo. We spent a majority of our time playing with Rambo or playing video games like Madden, NBA2K22, WWE2K22, and watching our beloved Vikings and a lot of WWE.  I attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and I received my Bachelors of Arts in History, Political Science, and American Studies with an emphasis in American Race Relations. I have a Master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education with a English Language Learner Certification from Arizona State. This is my 15th year teaching middle school math and I absolutely love it! I know this year will be awesome!

¡Hola! Soy Krista Wilson y enseño matemáticas de séptimo y octavo grado. Actualmente vivo en los suburbios con mi esposo George (él enseña en Paz) y nuestro nuevo e increíble gatito Rambo. Pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo jugando con Rambo o jugando videojuegos como Madden, NBA2K22, WWE2K22, y viendo a nuestros queridos vikingos y mucha WWE. Asistí a St. Olaf College en Northfield, MN y obtuve mi Licenciatura en Historia, Ciencias Políticas y Estudios Estadounidenses con énfasis en Relaciones Raciales Estadounidenses. Tengo una Maestría en Educación Matemática Secundaria con una Certificación de Aprendices del Idioma Inglés del Estado de Arizona. ¡Este es mi decimoquinto año enseñando matemáticas en la escuela secundaria y me encanta! ¡Sé que este año será increíble!
