Below, please find the school year 2021-2022 Family Income Information Form (FIIF). The information on the FIIF application is used to determine which students reside in low-income households which is critical in determining allocation of supplemental funds to our schools. Please note, only one application is required per family.

Please complete the attached form and return August 18th during your child’s orientation. Students will be per grade level so please double check your assigned time. Times and grades have posted on DOJO
